I spoke to him a few times and he is friendly, VERY professional, he really knows what he is doing, answered all my questions, provided quick and EXCELLENT service. Octavio did a terrific job preparing my taxes this afternoon! He was patient, thorough, and double checked everything to ensure accuracy. I have never felt so organized filing my taxes! Although I typically prepare my own taxes using TurboTax or similar, I had some special circumstances this year that made me want to use a professional. I don’t expect to ever prepare my own return again! Thank you.

Q&A is the best tax place around! I live in the neighborhood and luckily found it on Unilocal.The office is clean and a professional environment, and Octavio was honest and transparent through the tax filing process. Octavio is the man! Seriously! I’ve gone to several accountants over the past few years and I’m happy to say I’ve found the guy I’ll stick with. I am a freelance film guy so I had a ton of documents to hand him and some complicated returns and he crushed it. Everything was explained in human terms and despite how awkward this is to type, it was a pleasure doing my taxes. I’ll see him next year for sure. You should too.
