History

Established in 2011.

With over 15 years in the fitness industry Emran Riaz decided to use his knowledge he gained in various exercise styles and combine them into a stream lined system called R.E.A.C.T. [Reality Enhanced Athletic cross training]. He has trained clients ranging from mixed martial artists preparing for competitions to clients preparing for Marathons & Triathlons. In 2010 Emran decided to take his business mainstream by creating React​Method​.com. The fitness coaches at R.E.A.C.T. train clients in all areas of fitness from beginner level to advanced! Here are some of the fitness techniques we offer: Plyometrics, Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, Slosh tubes, TRX suspension Trainer, Pilates, Yoga, Brazilian JiuJitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, American Boxing, Sports Specific Training, R.E.A.C.T. Camp (Our version of Boot Camp), Battling\Heavy rope training and much more.

As a Certified Fitness Trainer,(N.A.S.M — A.C.E, A.F.F.A) Emran specializes in weight loss programs, nutrition counseling and custom training routines. Some of the training techniques Emran has acquired over his 13 years of hands on experience in the fitness field are:
