Red Lion Inn & Suites Brooklyn

Okay, so this place is kind of on an industrial side street in Brooklyn, but for the price I was astonished at how close it was via über to Williamsburg (like a 15 minute über ride). We paid like $ 118.00 after taxes for the night and most of the other places we looked at staying were easily $ 60.00 to $ 80.00 more. The staff was ultra friendly and the room was extremely tidy. I loved the toiletries in the bathroom (the soap was like the lavender and charcoal blend that smelled super good) plus we were traveling with a dog and the hotel is pet friendly and does not charge a pet fee! Most of the other more expensive places that we called did not accept pets, so this was obviously a big selling point for us. While the room was a little small, the bed was relatively large and extremely comfortable. I would totally stay here again. The only downside was the free continental breakfast… I would have liked more granola/​yogurt etc since the eggs and sausage was not super appealing. I couldn’t rank less for that though, since it is free :)

I stayed here for one night. Staff was wonderful! I was starving but didn’t want to go out to explore so I asked if they knew of any local restaurants that deliver to the hotel. They provided me with five menus! I ended up ordering from a Chinese place which was awesome! Room was clean and comfy! Maybe a little tight but You still could move around. There is a microwave and a refrigerator. The desk chair needs changing, but who cares! I’m not using it.
The hotel is within minutes of Manhattan, there is a subway station about 9 mins away. There is complementary breakfast starting at 6:30am.
