Specialties
Rolfing® Structural Integration is a manual therapy designed to guide the body into an improved relationship with itself, within the field of gravity.
In Rolfing, balance is created through manipulation of the muscular-skeletal and guided integrative movement, providing both space and ease. This balance is recognized by how the body feels and functions both internally, and through its new engagement with the world.
Rolfing aims to provide a reduction of strain with more useful energy expenditure, improved posture and flexibility, increased athletic performance, and overall well-being.
