So disappointed. I ordered custom cookies for my daughter’s high school prom. I placed my order a month ahead– custom cookies in the shapes and colors of the girls’ prom dresses with coordinating tuxedo cookies with matching colored bow ties and pocket squares. The confirmation came with an invoice that I paid within moments of receipt. On Tuesday of this week I got a notice that my cookies were shipped via next day air. On Wednesday, the cookies had not arrived. Today (Thursday) I called the bakery and left a voice mail. Six hours later, I got a return call saying that they marked my cookies for the wrong week and had not baked or sent them. Though it is Thursday and prom is Saturday, they cannot make my cookies. They offered me photo cookies or cookies with names on them. Had I gotten what I contracted and paid for, it might have been lovely. I’ll never know. This is not a professionally run business. Save yourself the disappointment and book someone else. I’m so sad about this. Could have been a lovely surprise.

I wish I has read these Unilocal reviews before ordering the cookies as I had the same problem. Although Susanna was very helpful and responsive in the planning stages, she severely fell through when it can time for execution. I explicitly detailed the dates and delivery window for the cookies I ordered, and they came after I’d already left.
I’ve left many voice mails and send follow-​up emails to no avail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It’s unfortunate they cannot get their act together, and now I will be refuting this charge.

Unresponsive and unreliable business! My family and I had been planning my mother’s 50^th birthday for 3 months and picked this company for our table cookies. The cookies were suppose to arrive Dec 23 and by the day of the party Dec 27 the cookies never arrived. We called all week to a phone number that she said she checked «daily» and never got a call back (even though she said she would be available during the holidays by checking her messages). Mind you, we paid for the cookies in full when we ordered.
No call backs! No tracking number! No delivery! = No Product for the event!
Do NOT use this company if you wish to have something for a «significant» event.

My company, a nationally recognized brand, had a very poor experience with Rolling Pin Production and Susanna. Initially she was great with helping us decide on our order, sent samples, and we had an order placed and confirmation of shipping dates in early November for a first week of December delivery. Once we paid for our order, everything changed. The first week of December came and went without any cookies, and when we tried to contact Rolling Pin we didn’t hear back for days. Eventually a response came saying our cookies were delayed because of weather, but still no tracking/​shipping information was given. We informed Susanna of the last day possible that we could receive our order to ship in time to our clients, which was yesterday. The tracking number that was eventually sent shows that our order has yet to even be received by FedEx. We sent multiple emails and left multiple voice mails to only receive one short reply full of excuses. These cookies which we paid a premium for are now useless to us, and she has yet to respond, apologize, or process a full refund, which we have asked for. This complete lack of customer service was shocking to us, and incredibly disappointing.

I used Rolling Pin Productions recently to place a large order for a corporate event (1500 cookies). Half the order arrived a day later than what was originally contracted and the other half NEVER EVEN arrived to the location and Rolling Pin, after two weeks, has still not returned my emails or phone calls to tell me what happened to the second half of my shipment. Additionally, their credit card system is through PayPal and we had a huge set-​back making the payment as my corporate card is not allowed to charge anything through PayPal. The owner informed me that they have had issues with their shipments, but it’s apparent to me from the other reviews that they are not planning to do anything about it. I only wish I would have read these reviews first before giving them my business.

Rolling Pin Productions was very responsive to my inquiry for a custom cookie order. We received excellent tips on ordering and great service. Susanna was very friendly and helpful. The cookies turned out great and tasted great too! I will definitely use them again.

We used rolling pin productions on several occasions and kept coming back simply because the cookies were so fantastic. However, I have to give one star because on many of these occasions (i would say 4 out of 6) our cookies ended up being late or never arrived at all despite lots of communication prior to our event because of various excuses and mixups on their end i.e. weather, wrong date written down, cookies were damaged in baking etc. On a few of these occasions we were promised a batch of cookies as a gift to make up for the mistake but we never saw those either. It became so unreliable that we had to stop using their service which is very sad because not only are the cookies beautiful but they taste amazing as well which is a hard combo to come by. I came back on to check to see if they had any better reviews since i had the issues in hopes we could start using them again but it seems other people have had the same problem. Hopefully the negative feedback will help get their organization in gear so we can start enjoying their product again.
