I’m not one to post bad reviews, but these guys service is abysmal. I ordered a simple pie which roughly takes about half hour(maybe less in some places) to be prepped and delivered. I called them and they didn’t send the pizza because they were«too busy». Really? I would’ve been absolutely ok with them refusing to take my order if they were«too busy», honestly. Never again will I do business with these a-holes. Now I’ll be «too busy» to order from them.

Pizza was mediocre & the zeppoles were raw dough balls with powdered sugar. I think I’m being generous with two stars

Father an son owned very nice people they’ve been in business for years. Great service good food I would say the best fresh squares in sunset park. Great hot dishes delicious baked ziti, stuffed shells etc all very yummy. Specials are good comes with the fountain drink. Mozzarella sticks are perfect nice an crispy. Italian ices in the summer just like the good old days as a kid. Their open late an deliver. Meter parking sucksssss always ticket cops around.

This place has been around since I first moved to Brooklyn and I have never stopped ordering pizza from here. Their pizzas have never failed to satisfy me but I wouldnt say its anything special. Just typical nyc pizza. Its just one of those places that you order from because they’re part of the neighborhood. Also because they’re relatively cheap. I usually get delivery and they are quick. The store does not have AC and their doors are always open. You order at the counter and sit down at one of their many booths.

The pizza here isn’t all that great and as for the service, it’s quite good. 6⁄10 would recommend

All I have to say is NEVERAGAIN!!! I ordered their pizza by delivery a few times. It was okay, not the best pizza, but it was passable. Last time I ordered, it was beyond disgusting! No joke. Pizza tasted like dirty socks really bad!!! I couldn’t eat it & had to throw the pizza away. Plus, one delivery guy from there is so rude. There are many many better options in the neighborhood. I would give 0 stars but Unilocal doesn’t allow that.

The food is pretty good… but the only problem I can say is the customer service. I called earlier to place an order for delivery, but one of their employee decides to answer the phone and speak in a rude tone. After taking all my information, I decided to ask for the price and he rudely replies, «I’m busy at the store, BYE»…I called back to cancel my order. He was very unprofessional. Last time I’ll be ordering from them again.

Its an okay place come here only cause my school is like 2 blocks away. I’ve order their zeppoles at least twice and both times ive order the dough was still raw! Ive order their slice & squares it was fair. Even though i have heard they have attitudes with customers and i have seen it myself as well, like once when my friend wanted a fresh slice of pizza that had just came out the oven one of the guys had told her NO! That if she wanted pizza that she was going to get the slice they were giving her, she even offered to pay extra and he still said no. Customer service is poor, but their food is fair

Definitely a hit or miss with the place. When it’s good it’s great, when it’s bad it’s bad. Ordered a pie and it took over an hour and a half, to make things worse the pie arrived cold. I called the pizzeria and the manager said he wouldn’t give me a credit, if I wanted another pie I’d have to wait another 45 minutes, he couldn’t guarantee the new pie would arrive hot. Last time I’m ever ordering from this place.

I’ve been going to Kings since I can remember. Growing up it was THE place to get your pizza from. They have the best squares I’ve ever eaten anywhere. Being in the service I have been able to try pizza from various states and places … and NOTHING compares to King’s pizza. The slices, especially taco slices, are second to none! Their zeppoles are outstanding and their chicken rolls are just superb! Everytime my family and I go to Sunset, we always make it a point to grab a bite of the best slices in the ‘hood! For those that complain that they take long … remember … YOUCAN’T RUSHPERFECTION! For as long as they’re open for business, we’ll be sure to make the visit!

Disappointing Experience. It’s a hit or miss with Kings. They were«too busy» to take our order and the call mysteriously hung up. We were able to placed our order and then 45 minutes later we call and the pizza was not even in the oven. 1:30 minutes for an average pizza pie in NYC is not worth it!

My favorite pizzeria in Sunset Park. I always order the #1. the pizza, fries and drink combo. This pizzeria has been around for years and although there are several other pizzerias in the neighborhood, Royals has remained consistently good while the others have fell off. If you are in the sunset park area and looking for a great pizzeria definitely stop by.

Best pizzeria in sunset hands down. Want a good meal? Order the Hawaii slice or BBQ chicken slices or the everything pizza with garlic knots and a fruit punch.

My favorite pizzeria in the neighborhood. Ok, so maybe this isn’t the best pizza I’ve ever eaten but I give it 5 stars because this is my go to pizzeria and I eat here at least once a week. This is the spot to go for regular slices, Sicilian slices, beef patties with cheese, simple things. I love their penne a la vodka with chicken and cheese, it’s so good and feeds 2 – 3 people. Delivery is always fast and the workers are very polite.

Don’t order the calamari. It tastes old. The fettucini Alfredo with chicken was very plain. For the total price of about 35 dollars it wasn’t worth it. Also, their customer service needs to learn to speak English. First and last time I’ll be ordering.

I grew up around the corner on 52nd street so this review might be a little biased but even today this is my ‘go to’ pizza place. The taste of this place always brings me back to my childhood and while a big pizza place now, this started as a hole in the wall only big enough for three tables(and one was literally against the back of the oven). The owner is a class act and looks like he stepped out of central casting for a pizza man.(short bald, now old, Italian guy with a thick accent.) The pizza is high quality and there specialty pizzas rock. The customer service can’t be beat and its always been a taste of comfort food when i eat here. If it sounds like I have an emotional attachment to this place its because i do. Times were tough back in the 80s in my neighborhood so you appreciated the bits of joy when you could find them. Kings will always be #1 on my list. David Holmes

I come here atleast once a week for lunch since I work a block down and it’s fast and statisfying. I always come here for pizza(pepperoni slice or vodka slice) it was good but nothing too crazy. I love their sqaure slices and beef patty with cheese it’s what i usually get ! Me and my manager ordered baked ziti and lasagna it was ahh-okay we weren’t crazy about it. The workers here are always friendly never had a problem never waited more than 5 mins for my food.

Best pizzeria. I’ve been a client for many years. The taco pizza is amazing and they make better pasta than most restaurants – the chicken parm with spaghetti is my favorite. If your not so hungry they’ve got a chicken roll and also make smaller little appetizers like the pepperoni puff which is also tasty.
