I ordered my food at 2:10pm and then I received my food at 3:30pm. I ordered a large pie half pepperoni and half cheese. 1 pepperoni roll and a 2 liter coke. Had to call them twice to ask for the status of my order. I waited 1 hr and 45min for a pie of pizza and a pepperoni calzone. I asked for half pepperoni and half cheese and received a full pepperoni pie. I ordered online so it’s not like there was miscommunication on my part. Poor timing. Poor listening skills… listen to the customers aim to please. But I guess. I don’t know with this pizzeria mission is but its not to cater to their customers.

I really wanted to like this place, especially after all the other positive reviews and the fact that they delivery to my apartment, but my experience was nothing but disappointing.
My boyfriend and I ordered the vegetarian deep-​dish special pizza for delivery on a Thursday night. The pizza didn’t arrive for nearly 90 minutes and it was delivered by a friend of the family — all of their normal delivery drivers were busy.
OK, so they were having a really busy night — I can understand that. Unfortunately, something I can’t forgive it when my pizza arrives at barely room temperature and the crust has become so soggy that the box almost fell apart. The pizza itself was loaded high with vegetables, so that was good, but I had to reheat it in the oven first.
I’m open to going to the restaurant in-​person and trying their pizza again (when its actually fresh from the oven), but I absolutely won’t order from here again.

If you are in the mood for greasy… Then it’s your place. The pizza is okay, I would go again because it’s close to home. But I wouldn’t rave about the pizza to friends. Thanks for the great food tho… My inner fat girl was happy pappy!

I have been going to Sal and Paul’s pizzeria for years and there food is delicious… From there tasty pizza. Spinach rolls. To there wonderful chicken parm. There isn’t anything i can say i tried and didn’t like. And what makes this place more inviting are the people who work there, always friendly! Definite place to go and eat, in Brownsville.
