Established in 2005.
The Firm was formed as a successor to the law practice of John R. Serpico, who practiced law in Brooklyn, New York for over 30 years. John G. Serpico joined his father in 1993 and established his own firm in 1994. Rashidah S. Siddiqui joined the firm in 2003 and was made partner in 2005.

Business Owner
John Serpico was born and bred in Brooklyn, New York, first in Crown Heights and then in Bay Ridge. John is a product of the NYC public school system (Fort Hamilton H.S. — Go Tigers!), and went to Pennsylvania for his higher education (attending the University of Pennsylvania for his BA degree which he received in 1982 and Villanova University School of Law for his law degree in 1986).
Originally from Grenada, West Indies, Rashidah Siddiqui, grew up in Brooklyn. She prides herself on her hands on approach to working with clients and providing in depth explanations of the ever-changing real estate market in New York. Rashidah received her B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Howard University in 1999 and then returned to New York to attend Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School, where she earned her law degree in 2002.
