Weidong has been in the restaurant industry for as long as he can remember.

Growing up, Weidong had an interest in the traditional Chinese preparation of food seen by watching his elders cook– this interest persisted into adulthood. Naturally, Weidong chose to work in the restaurant industry where he could make his family dumplings come to life.

Weidong enjoys being able to serve the public at Shanghai Traditional Dumpling where service, quality, and convenience is the driving force of the business.
