Started off as a tech support company for dental and medical offices. We have now expanded into the residential consumer field. We repair and upgrade computers, virus/​malware removal. We also replace cracked screens on your iphone 5 and 5s phones.

Raul is one of the most dedicated technicians I’ve ever met and I definitely recommend his service to everyone.
My iPhone screen broke due to water damage and I called his service at 1am in the morning asking for repair. He promised to find me a screen by the next day.
In the process of fixing the iPhone, he not only explained each step to me clearly, but also let me ask any questions I had. The fix was great and I’m happy to say that my phone is working perfectly now.
After the fix, I thought the screen had a defect, and he even bought a new one on his own money to see if it would work better. Raul sees things in the customer’s perspective and is honestly a lifesaver.
Bonus: I accidentally took his car charger when pulling out my iPhone, and I was well on my way back home before I realized. When I texted him, Raul didn’t ask for anything back and was just amazing.
I would give this service 6 stars if I could. Definitely recommend!!!

very communicative, very affordable, and very swift, excellent service.
he repaired my dead macbook pro and brought it back to life to where it’s better than ever. replaced the hard drive, upped the ram, and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg.

After checking 2 (4 ½) star rated «techs» neither of which honestly called me back nor did they reach out via email, i was blessed with Raul coming to the rescue. His follow-​up cannot be beat and I do come from a field that this is an impeccable skill to possess. Therefore as I type my review I want to say thank you again for your thorough followup and overall awesome sills.
By the way, he repaired my Macbook Pro (15 inch screen– within 2 days) and quicker than expected — based on the events of the evening — I APPRECIATE AND RESPECT YOU AND YOUR WORK!!!

My laptop had a busted motherboard and I took it to Raul. In all honesty, it took awhile to get it fixed and it had to get returned to him multiple times. So then why the 5 stars? Well during all that, Raul stayed in contact with me to figure out the problems. Even after he was paid. He even delivered the laptop to my place a few times. To me the friendliness, honesty and the willingness to fix the problem was worth it. The laptop works great now, and I recommend his services.

Raul is a great go-​to repair guy. He keeps costs down, and is communicative throughout the whole process, sending updates as he fixes your machine, complete with photos and video. It’s great having a reliable repair guy in Bushwick. Apple and Apple-​approved repair shops would have charged me well over $ 1000 dollars to fix my old laptop, but Raul has given my MBP new life for a fraction of that cost, and without having to keep my laptop for over a week like Apple would have done. Raul at Short Circuited was amazing. He kept me in the loop at every step of the way. I gave him three computers of mine all in various states of disrepair (2006 iMac, 2 desktop PCs). Raul was willing to do anything and everything and sent me pics upon my request of the repair process. He replaced a HDD on the iMac with an SSD for 1⁄3 of the quoted price from a Manhattan Mac repair service. The desktops work better than everywhere and Raul explained everything to me as he went along and charged very reasonable prices. Support local business and save yourself some money, go with these guys. They know their stuff and you can’t beat their service. Period.
