Sister Nails

I’ve tried many nail salons in the Bensonhurst, Dyker Heights and Bay Ridge areas and Sister Nails is the best. The staff does a great job and the salon is always clean. Customer service is great and the prices are just right.

I have been going to sister nails for a while. I tried looking for a place that has better prices, but you can’t compare the experience and the job they do. The owners always great you at the door with a smile. They always try their best here with me. They always did what I have asked them to do with my nails.
The only suggestion I would tell them, is get someone that can do really cool nail designs. The ones that have cool designs and etc.

So while the beginning of my French tip and manicure was starting out quite lovely. It however turned into a nightmare half way. The lady wouldn’t let me look at my own nails, I literally had to rip my hands out of hers, being that I am very precise. She was very rude but she really couldn’t care any less! NEVER AGAIN! I wasn’t happy with my crooked thumb acrylic tips and the very unprofessional manicure and her whole attitude really left me wishing I had been rude to her in return.

I dont want to leave this review, but I am really really mad at the owner of this place, the girl who used to do my nails is called Kim, and she is working for another nail salon right now, i met her somewhere nearby my house, and she is working over there right now. The owner of this place keep telling me that kim is having a vaction, and she is in China, but i have already seem her working in another nail salon. I really hate ppl to lie to me.
Not to mention every time when i made a apt with Kim, the owner will ask some other new girl to do my nails, and tell me that Kim is not free, and the girl who did my nail is named Lily, i think she barely clean her tools, i saw some human skins on her cuticle clipper when she put her tools on the table, so disgusting… And thx God I didn’t get disease from that.
Well, I really wondered what is the purpose of an appointment? Isn’t it suppose to help you to make sure you get what /​who you want on time? I don’t know lol, at least I don’t get who I want when I make my appointment at sister’s nail.
Somehow, they really disappointed me at the way they doing business.
