Smart Tax

Amazing place !! I must say I was very impressed with the service I recieved in this office. I work in the neighborhood and know how much people don’t care about there jobs anymore. That’s not the case here I was on my lunch break when I came across smart tax I went in for a estimate and explained I was being audited an wanted to know what to do about it. I was told to bring in all my papers and someone will help me fix all my problems so I went in the next day at lunch and sat down with a man at the front desk I don’t recall his name but he was a young smart gentleman who told me that he had to read all documents and asked if i wanted to waste my lunch break in the office or come back when I get off work. I explained to him that my store closes at the same time as his he said «dont worry ill wait for you to get here». When I returned he was sitting there with a big smile on his face and explained to me that it wasn’t so bad and what to do with the fines and how much I would be getting back and I was Shocked. After all my problems were done he said one more thing «As a new customer you received $ 50 off on your return » I now recommend this office to anyone who needs there taxes done.
