I have to agree with the reviewer above. I went to their office since I had a filling that fell out and my regular dentist was unavailable. The doctor ended up not even giving me a filling and just layered on a numbing agent. She insisted that the filling falling out was a symptom of larger problems that required orthodontic treatment. She also said I had micro-cavities which needed immediate laser treatments before they worsened. All told, she was selling me hard the entire time and didn’t even fix the problem I came in for. The bill itself was another matter. Like the reviewer above I was charged an exorbitant amount($ 1k+) but because my tooth was aching I just bit the bullet and hoped my insurance would handle the rest. Turns out their«financial department» will never return your call because they utilize a third-rate call service which puts you on hold indefinitely. You can’t discuss insurance claims with the actual office because they aren’t «equipped» to handle billing matters. It’s been 6 months and no resolution and I am convinced their financial department doesn’t even physically exists. I agree that they are not up to snuff and I hope there are enough people who complain about having the same billing issues with them so that we can get a class action lawsuit going. As an FYI, my regular dentist laughed when she heard the suggestions this dentist made. My dentist is also qualified to do the same procedures and has a financial incentive to do so but she said everything I was told was overkill and unnecessary. Shady indeed.
