This had to be the most pleasant sprint store experience in all of my 17 years with sprint. I was immediately greeted with a smile and upbeat attitude by Shaima & Jamie who pretty much worked overtime to set up my new device. While this is a franchise/“authorized” location, the corporate stores should take note of how customer service is REALLY done. Thanks, S & J! My phone is working out great!

Seriously wish I didn’t have to give a star. I came here because my brother phone wasnt workin so we came to see whats going on. The guy was slow &&* rude. Always had a smart ass answer to my questions. He also misinformed us about some of our service plans. This entire store is full of useless stupid employees. I rather do everything online then deal with sprint crappy employees

The customer service in Sprint sucks. The store manager is the ultimate bitch Shirley Christian is her name. Do not let her assist you. Her attitude is very rude and abrasive. I ordered an IPhone over three weeks ago
