They don’t tell you that they are not a real sprint store and when you purchase anything from them you do not receive a refund. That information should be given to a customer when purchasing anything from the store. The girl Stephanie that works there does not know how to properly do her job. I purchased three accessories for a phone and at no time did she mention that there is no refund which should be told to a customer before they are about to pay.

Would give it a 0. Lied to me about getting certain features for free, when in fact I was surprised with a hidden fee, even though I’ve asked them 3 times if there are any hidden fees. Screw this place.

While passing by a few weeks ago, I walked in to this Sprint store to ask about upgrading to an i-​phone. The salesperson who greeted us was friendly but a bit too aggresive which turned me off, so I walked out. I later leased an iphone from Sprint out of state and discovered that what she had told me about my bill remaining the same was a bit misleading.

My intention was to purchase a new phone to replace my broken phone and rather than try and sell me a new one this big man with an accent would rather talk about how my current phone is broken beyond repair. I knew that already but he spoke in such a condescending way i just had to walk out and i wasn’t even talking to him in the first place. He butted in a conversation i was having with another employee who was a woman.

No customers. Three humans working. Still no service. The short heavy-​set Polish woman with the red hair has a crazy bad attitude. She should not have a job where she interacts with other human beings.

Store hours are inaccurate. They open when they want to. I was there yesterday at 3pm and it was closed. Store next store said they open at random times.

DON’T Get your Sprint service here!
They will give you the runaround and the customer service is abysmal!
Sprint stores are like independent franchises. Be sure you know where you are buying from. If you choose this particularly terrible franchise, you won’t be able to return or service your merchandise at any Sprint location but the Wireless Ritz chain which has absolutely no helpful service to provide. The customer service agents cannot answer questions or guarantee any information. It is the absolute worst new customer experience I have ever had with a contract.
