Had a wonderful sandwich. Some young man by the name of WenLong I think his name is was very sweet and very generous with my sandwich. Made me feel welcomed. Definitely satisfied with his customer service.

Despite the A rating, I saw a roach crawling across the counter. When I pointed it out to the employee, she appeared to be shocked and scared instead of killing that roach. Never going there again. I walked out in disgust.

Depends on who makes your sandwich. The last few times I’ve been there this woman doesn’t really know what she’s doing. And she likes to give dirty looks.

Sandwiches are on and off. Sometimes its good, and sometimes it tastes… blah. I always get the same thing too. Staffs are friendly and the place is always clean though!
