History

Established in 2013.

T-​DUBB Percussion was established by professional drummer, Travis Dubberly. Travis moved to Brooklyn, NY in 2011, and in 2012, he began working as a drummer for Gallant Entertainment in NYC. Their contracts and credits include the NY Knicks, the NY Giants, the NY Jets, and the NY Rangers. Travis also works as a drummer for Rhyme N Reason Entertainment, where his credits include recording, writing, scoring, producing for live acts and recorded tracks.

While performing at sporting events around the city, Travis was often approached about giving drum lessons. He always enjoyed teaching on a part-​time basis, but as requests grew he decided to open a full time studio.

Travis Dubberly grew up in Orange Park, Florida. He is an avid surfer and football fan. He has had a passion for percussion since the age of 12. He began drum lessons in the 6^th grade, and played base, quads, snare, and drum set in the band all the way through junior high and high school. In 1999, when Travis was in 10^th grade, he began summer touring with Drum Corp International. He played snare for The Magic of Orlando Drum & Bugle Corps for several seasons, until aging out in 2004. He was the drummer for several bands in Florida, playing various styles of music, including bands like Nobody’s Perfect, Code to Zero, and Saving David. During this time, he developed a love for teaching drums, and taught various high school drum lines, as well as individual students.

In August of 2005, Travis entered the United States Air Force, where he served until July, 2010. After serving in the Air Force, Travis moved to New York to pursue his dream of writing and performing music as a c
