I am doing my hair since it was open.
The hair cut is always perfect. The stylist can always give a professional advise if I want to change my hair color. Recently I have decided to grow my own color. As you can imagine all previous coloring made my hair look not the best way. However, the hair stylist has found the perfect solution for me. So now I can grow my own hair-​color and my hair looks perfect at the same time.

No for eyebrows coloring. It was my first experience ever. My master could not do it right. One of my eyebrow was not finished to the end. And color was a little bit up :) I found out only when got home and looked again in a mirror.
Also my eyebrows just a little different shape. Was hoping it could be corrected with coloring. Not in my situation. She could not do it right. Well the other reason why I did not like that master she was on a phone all the time she worked with me. I heard the conversation from both sides :) When she was done with me I started feeling burning. I told her TWICE about it (because she was on a phone and could not hear me ?!) Front desk was super nice. Could not say anything about the salon. I’m writing my review about master who could not do her job. Not satisfied with my eyebrows. Now I need to wait 2 weeks to get read of the color ?!

Finally I have found the master I wanted… Oksana is great! Can recommend her to my friends!

The owner is amazing with color! He is the best! Also an excellent hair cutter! He and his staff are professional and courteous! I have been to many salons in the sheepshead Bay Area over the years but I am very happy with this salon! My hair looks great consistently!

I found Tangles by chance while searching. It was the best find ever. Nisim is one of the best in the business and everyone in the salon is helpful, friendly and nice as well. They don’t care if you aren’t their personal client, they will give you pointers and answer any questions. Now back to Nisim. He has a great eye for color. I came in with an almost black color in my hair and wanted to go blond. Any other hairstylist would just do it and not care. Nisim told me honestly it would take a while and to go slowly not to ruin my hair. Well, one month later, I am so happy with the color we have achieved. Also cut and styling is amazing with Nisim. The salon is new and beautiful. They have all services from makeup, facials, massages and even eyebrow threading and tinting. Give it a try. You won’t be sorry. Oh… and great products as well. All the best like bumble and bumble, kerastase and oribe.

I came to this salon to do my hair and left disappointed all three times! Came here to get more blonde added to my hair using the bayalage technique and the first time it didn’t even show the blonde as much as I would’ve liked. So I came back to the salon a few days later asking the stylist to add more blonde because It didn’t look the way I asked. So I called back and asked for the stylist to make it more blonde because it barely even showed. When she was done I was so disappointed! The color was off, the lines were all over the place, it was uneven and totally unprofessional looking. I couldn’t look at my hair it was so bad. It looked like I tried to add blonde to the hair MYSELF ! so I came back for the third time !! And a different stylist did my hair trying to fix what was done and still couldn’t! Overall long story short of you are looking to get a bayalage look to your hair do not come here because they can’t achieve that. The same day they tried to fix it for the third time I ended up going to a different salon to get my hair fixed!

Great, clean, professional salon. Color was done just right. The hairdresser seemed to be enjoying his work. Yuri is great, very considerate and thorough. Highly recommend this place, AND they have Groupon now for $ 51 for color, cut and style!
