The worst customer service ever. There was a really rude teller her name is Shenaya.
She really has to learn how to work and take care of her customers instead of giving attitude to people.
Andrea Julio and Maria are the best over there.
If you go to this bank try these tellers and stay away from Shenaya guys.

Here’s a nice little update…
Today is Friday, 5÷9÷14. I just tried calling to see if their coin counters are working today. And after trying three times to call, NO ONE has picked up. At 1pm in the afternoon, on a Friday.

On a Saturday at 3pm they notarized a document for free and in about 1 minute for me.

Very slow tellers. All I needed was to notarize a document, I called in advance, and they said the notary was there. But when I got there. they made me sit around for 10 minutes before telling me the notary was not in.

I was here yesterday around 11 A.M. I had to deposit a check I got in the mail. There were around 7 people in line at the time and around 2 –3 tellers. After abouit waiting 10 minutes in line (slowly moving), a manager of some sort came up to us individually and asked us to state our business. If we were making a deposit she would take it in the back office to process if we so desired. I chose to do so. She came back in 5 minutes with my receipt.
