Great Breakfast
I love ordering coffee with cream and bacon and eggs and getting impressed.
The home fries were cooked right and spiced perfect. Bacon super crispy and tasted naturally grilled. A big breakfast in a cool shop

Never ordering from here anymore. Rude service have to call several times and my order took an hour and a half. When i called to complaint person who answer the phone yell on me and said cancel it then. Never again

I was pulled in by the great breakfast menu but sadly I will not be returning due to the service. I don’t enjoy giving bad reviews and I understand that we are all humans so having a less than ideal experience every once in a while is going to happen but they’ve been consistently terrible.
I’ve ordered from them at least 10 times. My first experience was great. The food was timely, warm, and to order. It’s only gone downhill from there. Issues include:
* Wrong order. I’ve only received my correct order 20% of the time. My order regularly would come without extras that I’ve paid for.
* Cold Food. My food is always cold. Today, it was ice cold.
* Slow delivery times. Average delivery time 30 –45 mins? Ha! More like 2 hours. As I am typing this review, I’ve been waiting for my order for 2 hours and 15 minutes. I haven’t canceled yet because I can’t reach anyone at the restaurant. Which segues perfectly into the last major issue.
* Failure to answer their phones. You have to call multiple times before reaching anyone on the phone. In my most recent experience, it took me 30 minutes to get someone on the phone. I would call, no one would answer and would be forwarded to a full answering machine.
I wish there was a better alternative. I’m just going to have to stock more breakfast items at home because there are no restaurants that serve food worth eating in my delivery zone.

I really wanted to give this place a good rating because the food, although a little pricey, is mostly ok. Stale bread and thick salty ham masquerading as prosciutto are the only two food issues at the Burg. Unfortunately, delivery is notoriously late, which is a problem if you decide to order breakfast from them. It just messes up your entire day.

Ordered from here for the first time for breakfast. Got the Williamsburg omelette with home fries. Food came in 20 minutes, was hot and delicious!
