Hooked on movement at age 4 thanks to an aerobics class with Mom.
Certified American Sign language Interpreter for the Deaf.
9 years dedicated to hip-hop/street dances, first B-Girling, hip-hop, then locking, popping, rocking, and hustle.
A Junior MasterMind Rocker (MMR), training in original NYC street dance.
Danced professionally with Rainbow Dance Theatre (Oregon) and as a Principal Dancer with The Hip-Hop Dance Conservatory Repertory Company (NYC).
Co-founded Kaua‘i UnderGround Artists (KUGA) in 2006, a non-profit promoting a drug/alcohol/suicide-free culture.
Founder/Artistic Director for the KUGA Company, mentoring young adults through breaking/hip-hop dance elements.
In response to challenging and painful life experiences, founded The Healing Movement in NYC, 2014 to foster personal and communal healing through dance.
Believes in hip-hop dance as a universal language to unite people, especially giving voice to the underserved, ignored, and oppressed.
