Fillip H. and Ari F. started The Junction Group after 2 years of running Subway Realty successfully. They left a large Real Estate Firm that wasn’t meeting the standards that their clients and landlords deserved so they started their own company. Subway Realty is a successful rental company that Ari has grown into a company that people recognize, not only for the great apartments that they are renting, but the customer service that they are proud of. Following a successful 2^nd year with Subway Realty, Fillip and Ari decided to open a second branch in Bed Stuy! Here to serve North Brooklyn!
