This place can not be considered a store. The place is filled with junk and looks more like a thrift store. There is this old Russian man sitting at the doorway and once you get near him, he reeks of a smell I should not describe and only gets worse if you dare to step in. I needed to get my watch re-sized and did not feel the need to go all the way to city just to do so. So along my way to staples(2 blocks away), I decided to ask if they do re-sizing…less than a minute later he takes my watch inside without asking and proceeds to put it on me and measure. After measuring, he just walks inside with my watch telling me it will take $ 29. I asked if i can get it back within 15 minutes(which most watch repair place would day yes because it honestly doesn’t take that long nor that pricey but I wanted it done that day and did not think of the price much). That old man said yes so I paid and went to staples than came back 15 minutes later for my watch. THATPRICK told me I can get it back in an hour and half. I was furious, he told me he gave it to someone else to do the watch and that I cannot get it back till 2 hours later. Turns out he doesn’t even know what 15 minutes means. LESSONLEARN: DONOT go to this place for any expensive watch/jewelry repairs ORANYTHING because I seriously believe this place is just some front for some Russian Mafias. The guy seriously scammed me out of $ 30(did not even give me my change back). THISPLACEDESERVESNEGATIVEFIVESTAR…
