Trans Express

Awful. 2 hours late for our event. Driver was rude. Pretended to need directions for a cigarette break. Please. No one at company bothered to tell us we would be taking obscure back country roads to get where we were going and should consider leaving earlier. So frustrating. Lots of money and if we try to make up the hours on the back end they will tack on $ 150/​hr. Walk wherever you are going. You will get there faster.

What a terrible business.
I reserved a bus to pick people up for my rehearsal dinner in downtown Manhattan and bring them to Brooklyn.
–The bus was late
–The bus went the wrong way and was in traffic for an hour (the right way would have taken half the time)
–The bus did not have air conditioning — it was 85 and humid and my elderly guests as well as two pregnant women had to endure it.
–The bus was late picking people up to go home
–The bus got lost going home
–The driver was a crackhead and very rude
After the event, when I called to complain, they offered me a $ 100 gift card to use towards a future bus rental. I let them know precisely how and where to deposit said card.
This is not the company to use if you need a bus for anything even mildly important.

Trans Express was a great experience! The agent I spoke with was very helpful and booked my trip with no problem. I had booked a Spring Wine Tour and they were very experienced with the Area in Long Island, the driver was also great and cortious. I would definitely book another trip with them.
