Made what I thought was going to be a headache of a day after a broken LCD and snowstorm a very enjoyable experience. Both the staff at the Greenpoint and Williamsburg locations were friendly, helpful and attentive. I wouldn’t say I would break my cell so I could go back but if I did I wouldn’t worry knowing I would be taken care of.

Larry and the guys are awesome — super helpful, informative and polite. They’ve saved me a ton of time, money and headaches on more than one occasion.
If you’re having issues with your phone, or if you’re just looking for a new phone/​gadget, this is definitely the place to go.

This is my second time upgrading my phone and plan with this particular location. The staff is extremely informative and helpful. I will be sure to come back to this location for any future service inquiries and upgrades.

Just got my Galaxy Note 5 today, Larry was very helpful to me in making my choice. You can tell this staff really cares about every customer that walks through their door. I recommend this store as being the very best in cell phone service!!! Also the Galaxy Note 5 kicks Butt!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon wireless location. This is refreshing as I had an extremely negative experience at a different Verizon location (the one at 750 6^th Avenue) the day before.
Xavier assisted me in getting a new phone. He walked me through the plan and it was great, He was very clear about everything and knew what he was talking about. Also, the rest of the staff were great as well. If you are looking for anything verizon related I would recommend going to this location over others.
The one I had gone to previous was not only poorly staffed but they also didn’t know what they were talking about. Please know your product.

Yo, I had to buy a new phone because I quit my job and had been using my work phone. That was chill as hell. Having to buy a phone and start paying the bill was decidedly very unchill. I was in a horrie mood walking in there but Kevin, the customer rep who helped me out, was the coolest dude ever. Explained all the dumbass jibber jabber that cell phone carriers use to make you go broke and helped me get the best bang for my buck. Now I’m just sitting here regretting not making Kevin’s number the first one I put in my phone. If I did we’d be chillin write now laughing at all these whiney ass crum bums (that’s right, I just dropped crum bums like an old dude from the 80s) and all their stupid complaints.
Also it’s a fucking verizon store, dude. Just go there if you need stuff from Verizon and you are nearby it. Goddamn, you people need to be walked through everything.

Bought my phone here a few months ago. After 2 months one day it stopped working, so I brought it back, and when asking for help was told «looks like it has water damage nothing we can do you have to bring it to Apple» being I use my phone for placing orders at work I asked if there was anyway they could check it out a little better, or if there was anything they could do till I had time to get it checked out at Apple. Their reply was «yea buy one at full price for 750 $» are you kidding me?!? I just spent 326 $ on this phone with you guys and that’s the reply I get? I took it to another store on Broadway in Manhattan and the girl fixed it right away by helping me update the software, worse service ever. Ps it didn’t have ANY water damage.

Do NOT purchase anything at this store! Horrible customer service. I first tried to return a charger in its originally packaging only used once but bc it was one day past their 14day policy, I was stuck with it, with no option for store credit either. Of course 2wks later the charger stops charging my phone. Even being charged all day, my phone will never get to 100%. Again, I go in to return it, no need to have a broken charger. The same guy told me repeatedly there was nothing they could do, «because it was past their 14day return policy.» This guy was trying to stick me with a broken charger! He tried to say there warranty only covered the 14days. What kind of place charges $ 35 for a charger and only guarantees it for 14days!!! I had to call the manufacturer myself, and so I did, in their store while they looked on. The lady on the phone told me that their products had a 1yr warranty, and I informed the associate and he said no sorry, we can’t help thats through them. After going back and forth with them for awhile while the lady on the phone claimed that the contract they have with this «Verizon Authorized store» is a 1yr warranty on all products so they need to honor that. After talking to his manager in the back, he still wouldn’t take back my charger. I then made him to talk to the lady on the phone, which she exclaimed she would send them a credit and he would have to provide me with a new charger, he reluctantly gave me a new one. On top of that, he was quite rude to the lady from the manufacturing company.
Guys, you realize you’re in the SERVICE industry and sometimes the products you sell aren’t going to work, but it shouldn’t be the responsibility of the customer to be stuck w/​a shitty product or have to fix the problem when I just bought the item, less than two months ago. The ironic part is, that charger isn’t even my main charger, I only used it if I left my main one at work. Basically, ALL SALES ARE FINAL no matter how shitty the product is. Only will be returning if this new charger breaks on me again.

If it’s one thing I love it’s when Unilocal does not disappoint. Everyone loves when something is true to size… or in this case when reviews nail it and leave you making the right decision…
I switched to Verizon because you should know by now AT&T and I had some beef. It was a bittersweet feeling to have to let them go (that’s 12 years). However, it’s always easier to move on when the grass is looking greener on the other side and Larry at Verizon was that grass.
Larry made this process way smoother for my best friend and I and he answered ALL of our questions. The store was busy and he was still as attentive as ever. His sidekick Xavier was great company as well. We were in that store chatting like we knew each other for years and I’m now a happy Verizon customer (for now at least lol). If I have any future needs I’ll definitely know where to go.

Super friendly staff who is knowledgable and helpful. My husband and I stopped by yesterday evening to possibly look into a family plan as well as applying his employee discount to his account.
Despite a couple hiccups of him not remembering his passwords and getting frustrated, the guy helping us kept his most cheerful demeanor and was courteous.
Will definitely be back to this location for any Verizon needs!

These guys are GREAT. I am an older (ahem) woman who just made the move from a flip phone to a smart phone. The fellows in this store were SO friendly, helpful, low pressure and patient. They had recommendations based on really thoughtful considerations, and let me know all the ways I could get rebates, save money, etc. I have been back for an adjustment to my original purchase, I also pop in when I need advice on how to use my phone. They are just wonderful.

I met with Larry at the Williamsburg location and he really helped me out. I didn’t know much about the different plans but he told me about a way to get the iPhone 6 for $ 100 bucks less than I would have paid. No one at any other stores told me about this. He also made sure that my contacts and email were set up too before I left the store. This is stuff he wasn’t getting paid for but went above and beyond. If you need a new phone or have any questions they are really friendly and not pushy guys. I’d give them a visit.

The store is at a very convenient place, right off the L Bedford stop in Brooklyn. The have all the nice items for Verizon products which is nice to get rather than getting fake genetic ones that might damage your equipment. And the store is open on Sundays :)

We will be loyal to this store for a very long time. Never thought it would be fun to go to a Verizon store but these guys make it a blast.

Very easy to work with, upfront and clear. Their plans are standard across the board and can easily be reviewed online. As for AT&T, I have had both and verizon is simply more reliable in NYC.

The representatives at this store were not only welcoming (an anomaly for the neighborhood) but we’re incredibly knowledgable & proficient at their jobs. With only a few words about my problem regarding my iPhone 6, they had the annoyance remedied in less than 3 min. Excellent staff and store!
