Violet Eagan

Violet is a fantastic and knowledgeable instructor who knows a great deal about anatomy. She has been immensely helpful in helping me to kick start a personalized fitness program. Before starting with individual sessions I was having some trouble with my back and knee and without overdoing it or injuring anything further Violet has helped me understand what was wrong and showed me strength training exercises that will help me long term.
Her studio is very intimate and well equipped with a host of multi-​use machinery and props. In addition to working on the various machines she also showed me exercises, which can be performed on the floor with minimal props.
Having gone for about a month now I already notice a substantial difference in my posture and the way I feel as I go through my day.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking to either get in better shape, recover from an injury, or an athlete who wants to insure that he or she does not injure themselves from overdoing any one mode of exercise.
