Victoria and Leonid did a great job! They were very attentive and professional. I had a significant problem with choosing frame and lenses because I have a small face and high index. Victoria ordered a frame for me that came out really uncomfortable. I asked to exchange the frame to a special Asian fit size and Victoria was very nice to find that one for me and replace my order. I am very happy with my new glasses. Thank you very much for being professional and patient!

Horrible service, horrible staff, horrible owner… Stay away… I ordered glasses over a month ago (that I paid almost $ 600 cash for), they’re still not ready. And when I call and ask to speak to the owner, they always have an excuse not to give him the phone because he refuses to pick up. They tell me that they’re doing me a favor, and Im ungrateful by calling and asking whats going on with my glasses (after waiting for a month). No apologies, nothing but a nasty attitude. And they dont want to refund my money. Everyone is rude and unprofessional. If I can rate 0, I would… Never going back again.

Take your money and time to some other place. VIP optical to put it the least is just rude, unprofessional, don’t give a damn about customers business.

If you can, avoid a woman named Rita. On several occasions she has exercised rude behavior that made the entire experience unpleasant. If I say I cannot make an appointment at 4:00pm, do not proceed to interrogate me as to why. Also, if there is an issue do not begin to yell at a customer over the phone. Not okay at all.
