Since the new owners came in, everything has been great! Maria (who is there in the mornings) is amazing. She remembers how I like my laundry to be done when I drop it off. I have also used their coin machines which are always clean. The recently upgraded their machines and now my laundry gets done faster.

They do a very good job. Rates are fair, service is quick. Whenever I’ve needed to talk to them on the phone it’s easy.
Pickup and delivery is great.
Clothes come back perfectly.
The routine is as easy as it gets:
I leave clothes with doorman, they pick it up, they charge my credit card, my clothes are returned to doorman before I come home from work. It’s really beautiful and simple. There’s nothing to dislike!

I totally disagree with the 1st reviewer and also think she has unrealistic expectations: who expects a wash & fold service to hang-​dry your laundry? Really?!?
If you’re a busy professional this is the choice you want. It’s simple, reasonably priced, clean, and easy.

My building set up service with them when our laundry room was out of service for a few months. It was awful. How difficult is it to hang dry clothes when they are clearly separated and labeled «Please Hang Dry.» They damaged numerous articles of clothing of mine, after which I told them I would never be back. They apologized and said they would credit my account for the so-​called «cleaning» but never did. Clothes came back with a weird smell; they did not use enough detergent, and you could tell they just were not cleaned well. Numerous people in my building complained and stopped using the service as well, it was just disgusting.
