It’s a Wendy’s so expect what you’d expect from one. The interior and exterior are clean and there’s a drive thru. Service, in terms of speed, is quite slow so don’t expect a quick in and out. They do have the new soda machines where you can choose multiple flavors which is pretty cool.

When I was in college all I could afford to eat was pizza and Wendy’s. So, when the girls were in piano class, I thought I’d drive by. I had the bacon jr. Cheese burger-tasty as always, fries and lemon poppy ceasar salad. The food was fresh and delicious. The cons are the long lines and the server didn’t greet me with any enthusiam or a warm smile. Overall, if I’m ever in need of fast food, I would rather hit up a Wendy’s over the other fast food joints.

i love wendy’s salads .they are great & fresh. the best time to dine in is around lunch time. But around 6pm to 8pm the place gets real filthy, garbages full, condiment stand dirty & not stocked, the staff just ignores it until someone complains to the supervisor. It happened on 2 different occasions. At the register they always ask your name for the order. Some of the cashiers just don’t’ know how to spell. seriously, I have one of the most generic name ever, I told her Robert & she typed: Rabburt wtf … you know what, from now on my name will be Joe whenever I dine at Wendy’s.

The food and the décor is good but the service leaves much to be desired. #1 you must pay attention when they call out your name because they literally mispronounced the names Amy and Catherine! Don’t know how that’s possible but it was such an absurd mispronunciation I had to do a double take. #2 they completely skipped my order and 3 orders after mine I asked where it was and they just looked me like I was crazy. Aside from that the place is spiffy and clean.

I have an update! After a recent renovation of this Wendy’s location I must say I am impressed. Wendy’s is now offering different types of seating arrangements including couches and comfortable seating. Feels like a café in the city. Wendy’s also updated their lighting fixtures. Now it’s dim lit and cozy. Let me not leave out the free Wi-Fi!

The only Wendy’s in the area and they suck. I asked for a sweet tea, and got brown water. I know customer service goes down after like 10pm, but come on. The only good thing I got from here is a coupon book for 10 free frostys. I’m sticking to Popeye’s across the street.

Slow service really causes the experience to suffer. Staff don’t seem to care, mix up orders and wait times once was up to 20min just for a baked potato and ceaser side salad. Asked for a refund and wanted to leave but kept telling me it’ll be a few more minutes. Just shameful

I go there because I want the food but the service is usually very slow. Really slow.

I wish they would get there speaker in the drive thru fixed so the employees can stop saying«huh». 1. its not even a word and 2. people who say«huh» can hear. By the way they just shouldn’t be saying«huh» period! What happened to «excuse me», «I didn’t hear you» «do you mind repeating that»?

Walked in, went to the counter ready to order. Three people standing behind the counter, talking and goofing off. I wait five minutes for them to finish their shenanigans. They did not finish. I walked out and went to McDonald’s instead.

Went here the other day due to fish sandwich crave… Needless to say… I knew I was in for an adventure. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, my order is taken. I mentioned to the girl at the register I wanted a fresh fish… With an attitude she said all there found is fresh. I then killed her with kindness and mentioned to her that when I worked at Wendy’s we were taught better customer service skills than what she was displaying. I then told her«if I said I want a fresh fish I clearly mean drop a fish to cook… Or is that something else they never trained you to do»? When I said that she gave me more attitude. At this point I called for the manager, whom promptly came. I told him due to this disgusting individuals attitude they were about to lose $ 60 Dolores worth of business. I then asked him how he would feel about it if I walked out. He apologized for the cashier acting that way. He even gave me fries and frostys at no cost. He even mentioned prior problems with the same person. He also mentioned the next time I came in I probably wouldn’t see the disgusting individual again. All in all I told him if their employees were trained better they wouldn’t go through all these problems… Back in my day if you were written up two times for customer disputes you we’re let go… What ever happened is beyond me… If i do go back here I hope it’s a better experience…

The food is not always good. One time I ordered a chili and there was literally no meat. They take forever to get your food.

The food looks at close to the picture as I’ve ever seen and the staff is prompt and clean… professional they are not. I think they need a little more training and they can find themselves with five stars in no time.
