Windows We Are is really really good company. I have used them twice and both times they gave me excellent advice, were very professional and friendly, and their services were reasonably priced. The guys who installed the windows came when they said they would, did a great job installing the windows, and left no mess at all. They are clearly a customer focused company. I highly recommend Windows We Are.

Windows we are hands down the best. Great staff and product. Prices were excellent. The door fit perfectly, and they helped me every step of the way. They went above and beyond to help me and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a window or door. They have a customer for life. Everyone was very professional. Highly recommended.

This is the 3^rd time we used this place first we renovated our bathroom and only needed one window and we waited to the absolute last minute and the contractor needed the window that day I found this place online and lucked out they had the size we needed in stock turned out to be a quality window for stock Windows went back for our dinning rooms Windows and just recently for our kitchen two of the three were a special order we were told it would take two weeks and they arrived on time. I plan on replacing three other Windows in my house that don’t stay up will definitely go back for those once kitchen renovation is complete.

I used Windows we are for both Windows and Doors for my Red Hook properties and Bay Ridge jobs. They are an exceptional team and the service is fast and easy. Remember custom doors and windows are typically 4-​weeks they have always delivered in record time 2-​week turn around. Jimmy Latimer is the best. Great products; great service. Dont make a mistake and buy cheap windows. Windows are your most important purchase.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. From the guys in the store that helped me through the process of ordering my windows to the men who came to my house and installed them, they were nothing but professional and courteous! Everyone there is knowledgeable and willing to guide you through all your options, rather than just steer you to the most expensive route. Additionally, I was worried about how much clean up would be needed after the installation, but the installers did a wonderful job mitigating the mess in the first place and cleaning up before they left. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with this company!

Chris, Scott and crew are great. I have used them on many jobs and will continue to use them in the future. Professional, always on time and good prices.

I was referred to Windows We Are by the property manager of my coop. Such good luck! From start to finish my purchase was handled professionally. They helped me choose the best window type and gave me a very good and fair price. In less than 4 weeks the windows were manufactured and installed. Jimmy, Chris and Angel are terrific. The install team treated my home with respect. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing new Windows.

My experience with windows we are was pleasant from start to finish. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The crew that came to install the windows was the best!!! They were courteous and efficient and installed 22 windows in a day and a half. That’s amazing!!! The windows look fantastic and we are all very happy with the work. Thanks again!!!

I cant believe I allowed this outfit of clowns into my apt.
First they smash one of our lamps upstairs. They didn’t use any drop cloths to protect our furniture (something they promised they WOULD do). They put a huge gouge in our brand new leather couch. There was dust and debris all over our bed. They tried to steal one of my drop cloths that I had to bring out since they had none. How they thought it was theirs when they hadn’t brought a single one, I don’t know. And lastly, I have a pet who stays hidden when there are things going on; construction, painting, etc. I only ask the workers keep the doors closed so he doesn’t escape/​run away. Well they left every door in the building open and it took me hours to locate him afterwards since he had wedged himself into the smallest crawl space possible in the basement. Basically a huge insult to the many injuries.
It was amateur hour in my household. These guys suck.

The workman cut our cable connection (mistakes happen!) while installing a window. Problem is that he didn’t bother to tell us. We had to find out for ourselves. The same crew on this particular job left a mess both inside and outside (wood shards and rubble left in the front garden area). My wife had to ask them to «clean the windows» before they left. When I brought these problems to the attention of the company the representative had only a feeble apology to offer. Highly unprofessional and failure to take responsibility for their work left me disappointed that I had selected them to do the work. The widows themselves are okay, but the workmanship left much to be desired. We have to bring in some else to fill gaps and finish the job properly.

From the first phone call, these guys were friendly and professional. We chose them for price but the custom windows for our 150 year old brownstone came exactly when they said they would and the installation (a tough ground floor job) was done quickly and the results are perfect. We will use them again for the rest of our windows next year!

Very unprofessional. Whatever date they give you… add 2 weeks to it. Very expensive. Salespeople are very aggressive.
The other area guys, LWP and Window Fix are much cheaper and will actually respect you.

Made 3 appointments with Windows We are –all no shows. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to a cemetary.

Our landlord hired these folks, and I’m SO GLAD. We needed our fire-​escape window replaced, and Xavier and Anibal from Windows We Are came 5 minutes early for the 9:30am appointment and were done in less than an hour and a half. They were polite, friendly, early, and fast! Love it!

WWA was recommend to our building from someone in the neighborhood. And after having dealt with about four other contractors who either backed out, were over priced, or just did not have the professionalism that WWA had, they were certainly a pleasure to deal with.
Dealt mostly with Chris, who answered all and many of my questions, and answered them multiple times along with answering fellow residents questions. He broke everything down and was very responsive, patient, and professional.
And with out him, not sure if this would have happened.
Our building is ten units and once the windows were in they installed the windows in two units a day. I wasn’t here for the install but heard nothing but positive reviews.
We went with double hung vinyl and so far very worth it. The noise level from the street has gone down tremendously and I expect we will not have the horrible draft in the winter we did with the old windows.

These folks are the best — from the office to the installers. Our multi-​unit building needed all new windows. I found WWA from a neighbor who raved about their work on her brownstone.
I’m on the board of a condo. So, I really had to push our board to give them our contract. We had one board member insisting on hiring our building super on the cheap. Others debated window style to death. If I owned a single family home, I would have hired WWA on the spot based on the professionalism during the estimate walk through alone. But its a board, so it took a lot of doing.
The front office at WWA; Chris, Scott & Jimmy were patient and informative. Chris even participated in a conference all with our board to get all questions answered and help us choose the ideal style for our building and budget. They gave us a terrific price and were a pleasure to work with. If you call them during business hours, you’ll always get person — not a voice mail. And they’re always courteous and professional. WWA earned our contract on front office care alone.
This high level of professionalism carried over to our install. The crew WWA sent over were like window ninjas — super efficient and on their game It was a full crew that worked on two units per day. The crew that worked on mine included Carlitos, Hector & Will. These guys worked in the blistering heat wave and were still energetic and super super pleasant. Team work at its best! They arrived on time, removed all the old windows and installed 10 new ones in my unit alone by 3pm. Even though they were super efficient, they took great care too. They covered the furniture that was close to the work space, drop clothed and swept up after themselves — even in our hall way. (Due to the nature of the job, you’ll still need to clean your place after wards. But other contractors can leave the place in a disaster. Not these guys.) They also made sure to move back heavy furniture that needed to be moved a bit to create more work space. Total gentleman.
At the end, Carlitos, the foreman did a final walk through to make sure each window was done right. BRAVO! The windows are beautiful and perfectly installed. These guys did it all with a great attitude in the miserable heat. I can’t thank this crew enough — they worked HARD!
Snaps to the front office for not skimping on man-​power and making sure they have great people. That said, don’t skimp either on your window project by hiring anyone else. You can lose time, money and experience total aggravation going through big boxers like Lowes and hiring people who don’t specialize in windows.
I’m glad I pushed to give WWA our building’s contract. they were ACES.

We got six windows installed by them and nothing but compliments to them. From the store to the two mechanics Bart and hector who installed. Great experience and now I have the best looking house on the block.

Missed appointments. Unreturned phone calls and emails. Horrible service. I cannot even get these guys to give me a quote. I have a house full of windows to replace, but they don’t seem to want to bother. These guys are awful. Look elsewhere. I am.

My family moved into a new home that needed some serious work. Thankfully, we never had to worry about new windows! On our second day in the home I called Scott at Windows We Are and he came by that very week to take a look at what we needed. He suggested a window and style and then had a guy come by THAT afternoon to fix a few broken windows. He ordered the windows right away and installed them as soon as they came in. His guys did all of the work in one day and it’s FANTASTIC. They were clean and the windows are absolutely perfect.
Scott was responsive and professional and I couldn’t be happier. At least ONE thing in home ownership was easy.

Are your windows totally screwed up? Ours were. Then our landlady hooked us up with these folks — who were excellent. They came in, on time, and did three windows within a two hour time frame & did an excellent job!
Earlier the landlady had tried to go with Lowes, but they gave her (and us) the run-​around for literally MONTHS. Skip the big box retailers and get these guys, I highly recommend them!
