I stopped by after going to two hardware stores that are closer to me. This store isn’t fancy but the guy who works there was super nice and helpful, very pleasant and friendly. They didn’t have the product I was looking for (nor did the other two places), but they did have a bike helmet which I didn’t expect to find. It was a pleasure to shop there.

Just went here to buy cable ties and goof off. Pretty simple. Found them. Went to pay and was told there is a 1 day return policy and that I could. Not pay for my items with my credit card. Why? Minimum $ 20. Nowhere does it say that. Nowhere. Then the guy named Jean/John who was supposedly the owner ignored me and started helping a family that came in for a door lock. I will report them to visa /MasterCard and never shop there again. Not should you. Bad customer service. So disappointing!
