Excellent service! Our heat went out in the middle of an artic blast! I called in the evening once I got home from from work, for emergency service. A service technician returned my call within 30 minutes. He offered to come that same evening, but it would not be until 9pm, as there were other calls ahead of me. He scheduled me the next day for a time that was convenient for me. I actually missed the tech coming to my house! I called him, and he came right back. He checked everything and determined which part needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the part that needed to be replaced, on his truck. However, he said he would check the supply store first thing in the morning and come back. Surely enough, he returned Sat morning and replaced the part. Warm house again :-). These are true HVAC techs, not trying to sell you a bunch of stuff!

After several attempts and a personal referral from a trusted advisor Richard F Bondurant Plumbing & Heating, it was next to impossible to to get this company to respond in timely and professional manner. It took 10 days to get anyone to do a walk of the building. It’s been 3 weeks still no estimate after 4 calls. I make a call complain about their lack of service, no response return call. The lack of customer service is disturbing.

Finally spoke with Len after several attempts to reach him. He agreed to refund money. He offered some suggestions to heating and duct problem. Because I have in general been happy with their service, I am going to continue with this company and request the service man that came for most recent call. He seemed knowledgeable and professional and explained some ways to deal with the heater/​duct problems I am having presently.
