Further developments. BTW, having read other Unilocal about these bozos, I would amend my judgement to –10. Prior I am taking this company to small claims court for breech due to fraud. If you take the emailed bid, dissect it line by line l, there are so many fraudulent statements the bid borders on a total lie. Fuel issues? I got dinged $ 479 for a Colorado Fuel Tax. It turns out this tax is levied by the state for liquid petroleum haulers leaving the terminal headed for a delivery location. Read about horror show when you hire these inept, incompetent, lackadaisical, sloppy, not following instructions, uncooperative, not following the bid, and the list goes on. Stay tuned for the results of the litigation.

I have to preface this review with a little history. For many years I have always depended on friends and family to help me move. Chicago-​OR-​AZ-​CO. This move I found myself having to do it on my own. I researched reviews and companies in the area because there was no possible way to move my heavy furniture down four flights of stairs. I decided with All My Sons. Beginning with the customer service on the phone to the move I was extremely impressed. I want to give a specific thank you and appreciation to Marco and Jacob who were my movers. I had them for a 2 hour window and made there clear to them upon arrival. They paid close attention to my request and we were off and running. I could not believe the focus they had in moving things and in horrible weather on top of everything. I can not say enough on the great job they did. We were able to finish everything on the dot regarding time. Great guys, great employees, and I wanted to make sure the were recognized for the work. I have never been moved to write a review online, but cannot justify the risk that others have our horrible experience with this company. I seriously could have hired any three people off the street with zero experience and had a better chance of a successful move from our vacation home in Vail Valley, CO. The three guys were very late arriving at the house, after refusing directions from us. They brought no specialty boxes or packing for dishes or fragile art and marble pieces after they were told what we had, ran completely out of boxes and sent me to Home Depot to buy some. They blamed everything on their boss and his tendency to skimp and be cheap. Their lack of expertise and professionalism was evident in the result. The antique marble top of one piece of furniture was broken in two places, leather furniture was scratched, wooden bowls broken into pieces, China was packed without even paper as a cushion and so of course was broken. They packed heavy bottles of liquor on top of delicate glassware. Things are completely missing and there was no way to know until they were unpacked, because not one word was written on any box to identify the contents. All in all, I could not imagine a worse experience. I only gave a star at all because I wanted to be sure people would read this.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would.
They quoted me one price over the phone.
Then the week of my move they are trying to charge me twice that. Jacob, apparently a manager even had the gal to start talking about charges for using their blankets. What a bunch of com-​man chumps.
Don’t do business with them!

The team was awesome for my move… from the estimate process to the customer service to the quick moving time. It was quality through and through. Jesse, Jacob, and Marco were my movers and I thought they were fantastic!

I liked the attitude of the guys, however, when I noticed a chip on my BAR, he tried to tell me it was already there, then he found the chipped piece in the van. And apologized. Next disaster was, a quote of $ 500 as a minimum, they charged me $ 1400!!! $ 50 for tape, which they took off after my argument. The lead mover thought they would have the place loaded in 2 hours, it took 5!!! They charge 12% of the total hourly charge for gas! What??? So the higher the hourly total, the more gas you pay for??? Are you kidding me!!! Not based on distance, or gas actually used! I was charged close to $ 170 for gas, on a 12 minute ride to the new place.
AND THIS IS THE KICKER.
They stationed all my boxed items near the elevator on the 3^rd floor, when they had an elevator full of cargo, they would hall it all down. Trouble is, they left my stuff unattended for long periods of time, and someone getting off the elevator, saw no one there and stole a box of my belongings. Of course, you don’t find this out until you pay and sign all the paperwork. .and have the boxes unloaded and realize you have sh*t missing… really sucks. Never again…

I had the pleasure of using All My Sons today to move me from Longmont to Avon CO! Peter and Tracy were amazing! Very polite, personable and professional. Made me feel like family and no worries in mind. They were able to explain charges, confirm my safety and security of my belongings and impressed me with their overall moving skills. Tracy and Peter both made sure to introduce themselves and familiarize themselves with the apartments and my roommates! I will definitely use them again!

Horrible, what a terrifying experience, I had 3 movers, all were fast paced but didn’t care anything about my belongings. They made me feel very uncomfortable, didn’t treat me like a customer or a friend, more of some person they don’t care about l. I had scratches all over my walls and dents from dressers and couches. I went to look at the truck to make sure they were wrapping things. Well… they werent, a they freaking put blankets on top of everything! On top of that, one guy smelt like weed and didn’t even have his work clothes on!!! Will be contacting HR!
