Auntie Anne’s Pretzels

pretzel was good but it was freshly made I wouldn’t get one that was sitting around all day. people that work here are «high school» young and don’t seem to have direction from a mature manager. they were friendly but rushed everything the line was big and had more help but where to busy in the back attending to other matters. the pretzels are good if there fresh

I was sad to see that Wetzel Pretzel had closed and this took it’s place. But my daughter & I love to get a pretzel when we go shopping so I thought we’d give it a try. It was not a good pretzel! It was a little hard (we like our pretzels soft & chewy) and when I asked the girl if she could rebutter the pretzels so that the salt could stick to them better she looked at me with a confused expression on her face. I explained I like the salt to stick to it and she said they already buttered them, but they looked dry. I kindly asked if she could just do it again, she left me/​the counter and had to go ask someone that I couldn’t see… she came back without a word and just did it. Very rude service and not a tasty product! Wetzels is waaaaay better by far!!! I’m from Phx & we used to go to Pretzel Time in the shopping malls and they were much better than Auntie Anne’s too! I haven’t been back nor would I ever. Plus it was more expensive! Boo :(

Pretzel was hard and cheese was cold. I asked for a Pretzel without salt and they could not even accomodate me. this is my first Unilocal review and I actually logged in just to post about this bad experience … The 4 people they had behind the counter could care less if my experience was horrible.

FINALLY they open a mall here! I love how the pretzel is soft ALL the way around, the different toppings you can get, and their rewards program :) I have to get a pretzel every time I see their store, I’m THAT addicted.
