Established in 1987.

From our early days as a proprietorship to our incorporation in 2009 as Business Consulting & Taxation, Inc., we have dedicated ourselves to helping local business owners. Jeanine’s primary expertise is in tax compliance, but she is also knowledgeable in financial accounting, payroll compliance, business administration, tax litigation, and taxpayer representation. This, combined with the team’s consulting and training experience, gives clients the tools for management success.

Jeanine is an Enrolled Agent with a federal license to represent taxpayers in IRS proceedings. Consequently, Jeanine stays up to date with the yearly changes in the tax system, all while staying focused on her clients’ needs. She is personal, informed, and interested in explaining tax compliance issues relevant to each client.
