Cloud Gate Acupuncture and Healing Arts

I am truly grateful to have been under the care of Gretchen for the past 2 years. Both Gretchen and Josh are not only extremely knowledgeable, be also very caring practitioners. When I first moved to Colorado, I was worried that I might not find the «right» acupuncturist — but I’m so lucky to have found them. I have seen Gretchen for a variety of symptoms ranging from seasonal allergy, should/​neck/​wrist pain from computer work, trying to get pregnant, de-​stress, and also preventative care. Gretchen has been truly amazing. Her CranioSacral Therapy is very effective & relaxing. Who would have known that a light touch can turn into magic!
Both Josh & Gretchen are also very knowledgable about Chinese Medicine and Chinese Herbs. When I had shin split, Josh was cooking up a blend of Chinese herbs for me to soak my leg for several weeks. That really helped reduce the inflammation. Gretchen also provided advice on food & exercise suggestion according to my symptoms. I highly recommend both Gretchen and Josh. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently tweaked my back very bad, and was trying everything to get back on my feet. I tried massage, a chiropractor, and stretching, but nothing was working. My last effort before going to the regular doctor was acupuncture.
I was able to get in and see Joshua for my first appointment, and he was a pleasure to work with. Beyond putting me at ease mentally, he made the whole experience very comfortable. After walking me through his plans for my work, he got strait to work.
After the session, I felt comfortable. The pain had decreased significantly, and I was able to move a quite a bit more. With a followup planned for next week, he sent me home with some after-​care instructions.
I am sitting here, 24 hours later, having gone from a 6 on the pain scale to less then a 1. I am able to bend, stretch, sit, walk, and carry about my every day work without the heightened pain I had at the beginning of yesterday. And it’s getting better and better throughout the day.
Even going in slight the skeptic, I can’t deny how my body feels. Thank you to Josh for his great work.
