Very nice guy and seemed quite knowledgeable. He spent hours with me trying to fix my computer. He did give me a reduced rate, but he was not able to repair the problem. I did learn a lot from him, but I am going to have to go somewhere else, since he did not fix the issue, so that is frustrating.

Great service at a fair price. Todd worked on two computers for us, repaired them exactly as asked and delivered on time both times. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a computer technician.
