I was told rental fees on a base model Hyundai elantra were $ 32 per day, but was charged $ 174.99 for 3 days. Apparently it is an addittional $ 22 per day for basic coverage. A common theme at this location is «sorry we are short staffed». The car I received was vacuumed but not washed, and I received the car on a partial tank (³⁄₈). I returned the vehicle with over ¾ of a tank and the employee attempted to charge me for returning the vehicle without a full tank.
I feel this location needs to keep more employees on staff, and better train their current employees.

Horrible service. Had to call them from inside the office to get them to come out so we could pick up our reservation. Then they didn’t have the car we reserved, and charged us for an upgrade, plus charged us double on our credit card from what they told us they were charging. Will go back to enterprise again, better service, better rates, better experience!

The new young man behind the counter very friendly but still in training. He had went back 2 x’s to get his manager for help as I waited. She keeps telling him she will be there then I hear the phone ring and she answers it never coming to the front to help the new employee so I could be on my way. After a half an hour of waiting for her to come up front I left advising if they really want there $ 12.00 they know where to find me. Very rude on the managers part that she cold not come to the front and help a customer standing in the store. Plus answering another call knowing I was standing there. Beware. Customer service sucks.
