McDonald’s

Horrible place!!! The staff are so rude and sit on their phones but besides that they should be shut down for health violation. We were slightly digustrd after entering to find a old ice cream cone on the counter where you order only to remain there the entire time. After placing our order with the rude lady she handed us a cup with a dead smashed bug on it. After our order was rudely taken we watched as it was odd they were putting all the fries in a bin and then they placed plastic wrap around the entire fryer and placed the fries back in. This was at 7 pm on a Friday night!!! Our fries and food were so gross we had to dump it and leave. My husband was extremely sick when we got home and continued to be the next day. I am extremely disappointed as this location is by our new home and given its by the mall I would think it was as nice as the area. It’s obvious they do all they can not to work and to leave asap as well as closing way earlier than posted. Don’t go here if you want to be sick and grossed out!!!

My favorite Micky d’s. It’s right on my way home from work after a 12 hour shift. My order is ALWAYS correct and the staff are friendly. Drive through is fast. The food is uniform, hot and tasty. I come through early in the the morning since I work night shift at the nearby hospital. Sometimes on Sunday’s the wait can be a bit long. They have employee who greets me every time with a big hello and a smile. I will continue to eat at this establishment. Keep up the good work.

Horrible service, and they treated an elderly man in front of me like garbage. He ordered coffee and an apple pie, then he was waiting for a pie for a who for some reason. He asked kindly could I get that apple pie? She raised her voice and said «yeah hold on» in the least kind way possible. This place is disgusting. I will never return.

I think this is a franchised mcdonalds because i usually end up talking to the same manager. I get very frustrated here because i ask for no sugar in my oatmeal and get sugar, i ask for equal in my coffee and get sugar even says on the label. i bring my stuff back and i don’t even get an apology. once they accidentally charged me for the next cars order and i had to wait while they fix it. the manager is nice and there was an employee i really liked there but she no longer works there. i come almost everyday since it’s down the street from my job. i wish they would get it together

Food is old and cold and indifferent service.

Had a craving for a sausage mcmuffin with egg whites and american cheese (don’t know why I am addicted to this). I go through the drive through, had to repeat my order 3 times. Pay, get my sandwiches, pull away from the drive thru, checked my sandwiches, and white cheese instead of amercian. Turn around, go in, and tell them «I ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins with egg whites and american cheese, I got white cheese. They get my request in, to replace them with the right thing. Then the manager tells me «sandwiches with egg whites come with white cheese», to which I responded «I know, that is why I asked for american cheese». She eyes me suspiciously, but one of the drive thru people verified that, yes I did ask for american cheese. I get my new sandwiches, drive to work. Finally get a chance to sit and eat my yummy goodness. They have ham, not sausage!!! Drove back, and got my money back. Both the woman from the drive through, and the manager said «I didn’t know that», when I told them my order had been for sausage. What??? I told them 3 times while in the drive thru, and also told them when I had come in the first time, when they screwed up my order.
That is what I get for going to McDonalds… :(

Pretty sure they close early. I asked a couple employees what their hours were. They heard me, looked right at me, and didn’t say anything. I said hello to try and get their attention, they ignored me again and just drove off in their green Toyota pickup.
EDIT: Just after writing this review in the parking lot another truck (white) left. They didn’t acknowledge me either. Then a police officer showed up and said an employee called them. Why? All I did was ask for their hours and write an email from my phone in the parking lot.

This McDonalds is terrible. Especially compared to the one across 36 in Louisville. They always mess up our order in the drive thru. How can they forget to give you the burger when you order a value meal? Also, the fries are never very hot. Go to the one on Dillon in Louisville instead!

This stuff is poison. I haven’t eaten here since I was a child.

Fireplace is a plus, saving it from a standard 2 star review for being a fast food chain.
Shitty parking. Long drive-​thru line at lunch. Parking is almost shitty enough to warrant a one star deduction…

Love this location! Usually no one in line (at least the times I have gone) and they always get my order right. The drive thru takes about 2 minutes max and staff are friendly. Thank McD’s!

I wouldn’t normally review a McDonald’s because its pretty much the exact same crap everywhere. However, when you’re a fast food restaurant, how the hell do you run out of a condiment? Especially the one that makes your most popular breakfast item come close to palatable?
The truth is I’ll likely go here again, but not because I like it. It’s just cheap, close to work, and fast. Dammit.
