Worst service ever. They ask us to pull up and just leave us sitting in our car. A month earlier they take our order for smoothies and then take my money and then tell me the smoothie machine is broke. I ask for my money back and they say they can’t do that. They tell me to wait for the machine to be fixed. I ask how long will that be. Response is I have no idea. We wait 10 minutes and look in and no one is working on the machine. That’s called rippling the customer off. Don’t go there if your looking for decent service

I ordered a sausage mcmuffin with a substitution like I always do at any McDonald’s. Always pay the same until I came here — they wanted more than double the price! They must have had problems in the past they haven’t worked out yet because the people that work there are jumpy and say«Do you want to talk to the manager?» if you question something. Even though I work next door, I will definitely avoid this McDonald’s.

I don’t eat fast food so I wouldn’t be able to comment on the quality of the food, I was only using the Redbox inside. However, this place was extraordinarily clean and the layout was really nice. They had a closed off section that would be quite for those that wanted to eat and work on something. The rest of the dining area wasn’t bad either.

This Mcdonalds is always busy, its rare to see it with no business. I had the egg and sausage biscuit which was hot, fresh and tasty. Even though I had to wait in line to place my order, the line went pretty fast, the employees in the kitchen area looked like a well oiled machine, everyone working in tandem with each other. If you want a good, fast breakfast, thats easy on the wallet. this is the place to go.

They WILL mess up your order. Usually just one or two parts of the order but remarkably consistent. In fact, literally 5 of 7 times over last 6 months, the order has been wrong. It’s kind of a running joke so I actually have been keeping track.

Decent, by McDonald’s standards. Service has always been fairly decent but ATTNMANAGER please train your staff on how to key coupons. They should not need to call a manager for each coupon transaction. This McD’s does it old style and makes you use ketchup packets instead of the pump. I sorta miss the pump. Dining room kept fairly quiet. AT&T WiFi is available here and several booths have convenient power outlets available to use. There is a special room in the back that is supposed to be quieter that is ironically both equipped with laptop outlets and a TV. Interesting juxtaposition. Also, this room is not completely sealed off from the main dining area and you can still hear activities out there. It is colder than the main dining room though. Stay away between 11:30−1 unless you enjoy screaming chatting teens. Since this McD’s is close to Broomfield High it gets all the high school crowd. Otherwise, it’s designed nicely inside and kept pretty clean. Overall, a solid 3 experience. No one ever goes out of their way to make it anything higher at this location.

Order was messed up but they did fix it. Always check your food when leaving the drive-thru.
