My whole family and I have been with Sate Farm forever. Never had a problem with them till now. Customer service sucks especially with Susan Jordahl. She is pushy and she doesn’t care about your needs. She changed everyone’s insurance policies without informing us and increased my rates because I got married. I was emailing with her back and forth and I finally got fed up and told her I’m switching insurance. She didn’t give a shit, didn’t even offer an apology. I’m going to write a letter to Mine Segeth. The worst experience ever!!! He probably doesn’t give a shit either. I don’t mind paying out for my insurance but when you treat me like shit, I’m not having it. I just want everyone to be aware that they suck.
Mike Segeth called me after writing him an email. Turns out they did change not only my policies but my parents, too. My dad is the most honest man in the world. He says it’s not right because they didn’t inform him either. If they jack up his rate I am going to be livid. Waiting to see the outcome of their meeting.

Been with State Farm for years. Without divulging too much info my monthly premium almost doubled without warning and my family has never had an accident, a ticket, or a claim in all the time we have been with State Farm and Mike. Premiums are bouncing all over the place and whenever I call I got a good dosage of double talk from the assistant who is assigned to my account. I’ve left a couple of messages for Mike and have never heard back.
I’m officially done. I get better service and answers from Comcast if that gives you any idea how responsive this office is. Good riddance.

Month after month I have issue’s with my agent. The ONLY reason I stay with state farm is because they have the best rate for me. Each month by bill changes. One month it may be $ 130 and then $ 180 and now $ 217! This is ridiculous. They are awful at explaining my the premium changes. A SIMPLE explanation would prevent a lot of headache with this office.
