History

Established in 1963.

Since 1963, the Skippers have worked hard to positively affect the lives of those around

them. Founding Father of Pine View Terrace and the New Jersey Manufactured Housing

Association, Verdon Skipper, graced many organizations — not only in New Jersey, but

also throughout the Northeast with selfless acts of fundraising and support for dyslexia.

One of his close relationships in his last years was with The Scottish Rite Masonic

Children’s Learning Centers.

Pine View Terrace is a family-​owned housing community

and the Skipper family is passionate about providing their

relationships with each and every one of their residents. Debra Skipper has carried on

the family tradition for thirty years, enjoying every minute of building a lasting legacy.
