Papa John’s Pizza

Do not order form this location! I ordered two pizzas, they never came and this place is refusing to give me a refund!
Full description is below:
I ordered from them on Christmas day. I called two hours later when my pizza had still not arrived. The lady said the delivery guy was on the way. I called an hour after that (three hours with no pizza at this point) and Jerome, a manager who had just started his shift, answered the phone. He said he spoke to the delivery guy and the delivery guy «dropped off the pizza.»
I told him that he must have given it to the wrong person because I still did not have a pizza. I was told that the delivery person would check for the card I paid with and ID. The delivery guy told Jerome that he did that. I told Jerome that the delivery guy was lying, completely lying. I wanted my money back. Jerome said he was going to send another pizza. More than half an hour passed and I decided, after almost four hours of waiting, to just get food from somewhere else.
Jerome refused to give me a refund even though the pizza was not out yet. He said that people prank him and he was not going to give me a refund. He then accused me of trying to «run a scam» when I said I would rather just get my money back for the food I paid for that never arrived instead of having to called the corporate office to get my refund. He was rude, explosive, rose his voice to me and did not at all listen to anything I had to say at this point.
I had to call the Papa John’s customer service line. They opened up a case and now I have to wait for the store owners to contact me back. It has been four days and I have not heard from them. I called the customer service line again, they sent in a second request and said that I had to wait another five business days.
It is not worth the trouble. Just find another place to eat. Your food may not come and this store does not follow whatever procedures they say they have in place to make sure the food you spent your own money on gets directly to you.
**Also, this location is not a Better Business Bureau affiliated business. Just found this out because I looked to file a complaint on that website and it is not even listed on their website. Other Papa John’s Pizza locations are BBB certified. I would recommend checking out those locations instead.
