Basics & Beyond Dog Academy has 25 yrs. experience in Obedience Training (basic /​advance) offered in Group Classes, Private & In-​Home and Behavioral modification to correct any unwanted behaviors you may be having with your dog. Member of IACP and an AKC CGC Evaluator. We want your dog to be a respectful member of your family and with our Training methods this can be achieved. Training Discounts for Rescue/​Shelter dogs. History

Established in 2000.

Mike & Hillary Stopera have over 25 years experience not only in training dogs, but also in correcting unwanted behaviors. Both grew up in families that trained & worked with animals everyday. Hilllary on the West Coast working with dogs & horses, Mike right here in Ohio working with dogs & cattle. At this time they live with 2 dogs, one a certified Therapy dog and a Siamese cat (who thinks she runs the house!).
