I took my my wife’s car in to the Gloucester location around 8am. The guys quickly diagnosed the problem (bad wheel bearing) within 15 minutes. Ron gave me a call explaining the parts/​labor needed, gave me a quote and told me the work would be done that day. At 2pm, Ron called to let me know that the work was done.
I usually try to do all my automotive work on my own, but a wheel bearing was out of my league. We’re new to town, so we asked around and Brunswick Tire was recommended to us. I felt like my business was important to them and they treated me very well. I wasn’t spoken down to and I never felt that I was being cheated.
