I waited a week to write this review, because I wanted to be fair. However, the delay hasn’t changed my perspective about this place at all.
I had a girls’ weekend with four friends in Ohio. We made a reservation for five people. When the employee asked what type of pedicure we wanted, my friend told her that we would each decide upon arrival.
Upon arrival, we were told that they only had time for one manicure. When we asked about the various options for pedicures, we were told that we were getting the basic pedicure because they didn’t have time for anything else. The employee who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, and I started Unilocaling other nail salons while waiting. We were taken back to the pedicure stations one person at a time.
As I sat down to soak my feet, I glanced at the television in front of me and saw a naked woman on the television. I turned to my girlfriend and said, «look at the tv.» The salon was playing the DVD of «Good Luck Chuck,» an R rated movie.
One of my friends asked where the bathroom was, and the employee told her, «I don’t know if we have one.»
One of my friends was disappointed that there was no massage at the end of her pedicure.
I then noticed that the television was displaying images from «Good Luck Chuck» of two people having intercourse.
Two girls in our group ended up with blue legs. The salon had put blue dye in the water. When one of the girls mentioned this to an employee, she used nail polish remover to remove the dye from her legs.
There was a lack of professionalism here. One nail technician told my friend, «your nails are hard to paint.» I told my technician about a blister on my foot, and she said, «Ewww, I can’t even look.» At one point, two of the employees began arguing because one messed up our reservation, with the result that the other employee had to complete two pedicures instead of one.
One of my friends asked why they could show «Good Luck Chuck» in a nail salon, and she was told, «because there’s a plastic surgeon in it.»
Maybe your experience will be better than ours. We won’t go here again.

Got a great gel French manicure! I made an appointment and they took me on time! It was very packed inside, friendly staff! My nails lasted more than two weeks, they didn’t chip or anything they just grew! I have also gotten two pedicures here and brought a few friends. They were able to accommodate us all and at the time we made our appointment! I have had a lot of pedicures in the area and is this the best priced and they do quality work!
