Went in to the store, the clerk took my package (had pre-​paid shipping label already), weighed it, printed a receipt and handed it to me all very efficiently. Why then only two stars?
She did all this while talking on the phone (a personal call by the sound of it)! I wanted to also tell her their web site says they open at 7am. Wrong! This was my return trip there finding them closed at 8am. But, the minute she handed me the receipt, she turned her back and walked away to continue her conversation! Perhaps someone up the food chain at UPS will see this and at least correct the web page.
