Stella grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and later moved to the Brazos Valley. Stella and her daughter, Elaine, always had a passion for fine clothing and opened Nolen’s in 2002. Years later, they are still helping men and women in the central Texas area look their best for any formal occasion.
