My husband and I are so lucky to have been referred to Mr. Banks! Over the past few years, Philip Banks has assisted us with several issues, and has always been completely professional and accommodating. He treats every client like family, and is a sympathetic ear — but when he needs to fight, he is more than willing and capable of demanding justice for his clients. I can not recommend his services highly enough.

I saw a one star rating and had to fully recommend Phil Banks. He is a strong capable attorney, former judge, and fights tenaciously for his clients. He has an incredible education, a master from Texas A&M and his family has been practicing law in the Brazos valley for over 100 years!
Furthermore his daughter Amy Banks is former teacher and an amazing, tough, and heartfelt lawyer that kicks butt!
Its important to research the type of people giving reviews — some people are crazy!
