Most charitable organizations and many businesses have been founded in response to a family’s personal experience or a loved one’s special needs. These entities exist because someone was touched personally … and profoundly… by their own experience. Taylor is our much loved daughter and once very sick child. After countless trips to a series of doctors she was finally diagnosed with Celiac Disease. During her illness I prayed for answers and promised that I would do everything I could to help other families find the answers and solutions that they needed.

We started a support group to help increase diagnosis rates and to help families find healthy ways to eat. It became evident that what they really needed was a healthy and delicious source of foods to enjoy both at home and at their favorite restaurants.
